First, most US roving packs are combed top: long, parallel fibers that give a smooth coat but are slower to needle felt than carded batting. Second, only real wool felts. Superwash wool and acrylic will not felt firm, and many color sets say only wool without naming a breed, so the fiber column shows exactly what each listing states.
